Mant Farm the poem

Alaina J. Garrie wrote this mantastic poem about Mant Farm tonight at the first Thursday Art Walk!  check out her work:

“Mant Farm – I call it the human ant farm

She calls it New York / cement / concrete journal

I say, she’s missing it,

all those men, walking around, smiling, all those helping hands – a flesh jungle

I say – in smile and bone and sweat – togetherness I say

We are  A jungle of panthers and owls covering sidewalks with our swagger.

You and me we live, HERE, look up!”
